Our team of experienced and professional ophthalmologists, optometrists and optical assistants work together to provide you with total eye care including the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of eye diseases, in addition to vision tests, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses.

You are sure to find your individual style amongst our wide selection of fashionable frames and sunglasses at an affordable price. Our designer frames come with a one-year warranty against any manufacturer's fault.

We provide you with high quality, tailor-made lenses, including bifocal, progressive, high index, polarized, Transitions and photochromic lenses. Here at St. Lucia Eye Centre and Family Eye Care we provide you with unlimited free cleaning and adjustment services.

At our on-site optical lab, our experienced technicians can have your glasses ready in a few days or in urgent cases in one hour.

we offer free optometry eye tests to children of school age and seniors over 65.

Who We Are

The ethos of St. Lucia Eye Centre is to cater for all St Lucians, offering the best possible eye health care and glasses accessible to all. Our flagship store, located in Castries, was established in 1991 by Dr Emsco Remy. We then opened Family Eye Care in 1998 as a sister company to St. Lucia Eye Centre.We wanted to bring the quality-service and experience that, over the years, made us a household name for quality eye care on the island. St Lucia Eye Centre opened another branch in Vieux Fort over ten years ago to service the needs of the south.

Community involvement

St. Lucia Eye Centre and Family Eye Care aim to continue assisting communities where we perceive there is a need. For instance, we provide free and/or discounted eye exams and frames to the elderly as well as providing free diabetes and glaucoma screenings. We also give free eye tests and provide academic scholarships to school children. Our community outreach also includes delivering public health lectures to community groups.

At St. Lucia Eye Centre and Family Eye Care, we currently have TWO Ophthalmologists and ONE Optometrist, making us able to offer complete eye care to our patients.
